All information is collected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).2. ConfidentialityThe initial stage of this screener is fully anonymous. We do not ask for your name, contact details, or other personally identifiable information. You may complete the screening without disclosing who you are.If you choose to receive a copy of your results or access follow-up support, you may optionally provide an email address. * Used solely to deliver your results or follow-up communication
* Never shared or sold to third parties3. Platform Hosting and Data HandlingThis screener is hosted using Fillout (https://www.fillout.com), a secure third-party platform.According to Fillout:* They do not actively collect IP addresses in plain text.
* Instead, they store only a hashed version of the IP address, which is non-identifiable and cannot be traced back to individuals.
* Geolocation data is not actively sourced.
* Any metadata they collect (such as browser type or device) is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.Data Hosting: Fillout stores and processes data on servers located in the United States or the European Union (EU servers are used only if requested). Data is hosted through Amazon Web Services (AWS) via Render.com, which uses secure data centres with strict access controls and frequent third-party audits.Access and Safeguards: Fillout uses physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to prevent unauthorised access to your information. All service providers involved are vetted for adequate data security practices.Limitations: While every effort is made to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Any data you share is transmitted at your own risk. Cross-Border DisclosureAs Fillout is a U.S.-based service provider, your data may be stored on servers outside Australia. While this constitutes cross-border disclosure under the Privacy Act, your anonymity is preserved, and no personal information is transferred unless you choose to provide it after your results.By using the screener, you acknowledge and consent to this arrangement.5. Data SecurityWe take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure.All data is encrypted in transit (using HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest.Data is also replicated to ensure durability and availability.Fillout follows SOC 2 Type 2 standards, which means it has been independently certified for meeting strict security, availability, and confidentiality requirements.Data is transmitted securely and stored using encrypted infrastructure provided by Fillout.Fillout runs a continuous security bug bounty program where independent researchers test the platform for vulnerabilities to maintain high standards of protection.
